输精管结扎术后附睾淤积症的超声表现 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨超声对长期输精管结扎术后附睾淤积症的诊断价值。方法输精管结扎术后附睾淤积症患者65例(结扎组),无输精管结扎手术史的附睾淤积症患者45例为对照组。超声观察其附睾厚度、附睾管扩张程度及附睾血供分布情况。结果结扎组附睾头、体、尾厚度及附睾管扩张程度均高于对照组(P<0.05),结扎组中附睾无血供和低血供占70.8%,对照组中附睾无血供和低血供占11.1%,正常血供占75.6%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论应用超声能快速准确对输精管结扎术后的附睾淤积症做出诊断,并判断附睾血流分布情况。 Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound in diagnosis of epididymal retentive symptom after long- term vasoligation. Methods Sixty- five patients with epididymal retentive symptom after vasoligation as ligation group, 45 patients with epididymal retentive symptom as control group were enrolled in this study. The epididymal thickness, epididymal tube expanding and blood distribution of epididymis were observed by ultrasound. Results In vasoligation group, the average thickness of epididymal head, body, tail and the extent of epididymal tube expanding were higher than those in control group (P〈0.05). In vasoligation group, no blood supply and low blood supply accounted for 70.8% , while in control group, no blood supply and low blood supply accounted for 11. 1% , and normal blood supply accounted for 75.6% , there was significant difference between the two groups ( P〈0.05 ). Conclusion By using ultrasound, epididymal retentive symptom after vasoligation can be diagnosed quickly and accurately and the blood distribution of epididymis can be estimated.
