摘要
采用稳态噪声100、115dB暴露于80只豚鼠,每天8小时,累积时间分别为18、96、136小时,观察皮层电反应阈的变化和恢复过程。发现100dB噪声暴露后的各时间组,在2天内听阈值完全恢复;115dB噪声暴露后的各时间组,4天内恢复较快,15天后趋于稳定,但30天仍未完全恢复。说明噪声暴露剂量是引起听损伤的重要因素,控制噪声暴露剂量应是防治噪声性耳聋的主要环节。
The change and recovery process of PR threshold in 80 guinea pigs exposed to stationary noise were studied. The guinea pigs were divided into groups, namely, 48, 96, 136 hours of accumulated exposure time. The shifts of PR threshold were completely recovered within two days in all groups exposed with 100dB (A): while those exposed with 115dB (A) were recovered rapidly in first four day, no significant recovery in following month. The results showed that the intensity of noise was the critical factor in causing hearing loss. Noise intensity control seemed to be very important for preventing noise-induced hearing loss.
