摘要
目的观察小梁切除术治疗绝对期青光眼中的效果。方法对34例(35眼)绝对期青光眼施行小梁切除术,随访6个月～3年,观察眼压、主观症状及视力变化情况。结果行小梁切除术后,高眼压明显缓解,术前眼压平均值(42.00±13.43)mm Hg(1mm Hg=0.133kPa),术后1周出院时眼压平均值为(14.00±5.69)mm Hg,术后6个月为(19.00±7.26)mm Hg。术后眼压控制较好,与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2眼视力恢复为光感和手动,另33眼视力仍无光感。患者眼胀、眼痛等主观不适症状减轻,眼球得以保留,且无严重并发症。结论小梁切除术是治疗绝对期青光眼更简便、安全、有效的手术选择。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects and complications of trabeculectomy on absolute glauco- ma. Methods Trabeculectomy was performed on 35 eyes from 34 patients with absolute glaucoma. The intmocular pressure （IOP）, subjective symptom and vision was observed 6 months and 3 years after the surgery respectively. Results The IOP decreased after trabeculectomy. The mean IOP was （42.00 _± 13.43 ）mm Hg, （14.00 ± 5.69 ）mm Hg and （19.00 ±7.26） mm Hg before operation, 1 week after the operation and 6 months after the operation respectively. The statistic difference was found between preoperation and postoperation （P 〈0.01 ）. The visions of 2 eyes became light perception and hand move, but of another 33 eyes were still no light conception. The complains such as ophthalmalgla decreased with the eyeball remaining and no serious complications. Conclusions It suggested that trabeculectomy might be an easy, safe and effective method for treating absolute glaucoma. （Chin J Ophthalmol and Otorhinolaryngo1,2012,12：45-47）
