摘要
目的初步探讨钬激光治疗咽喉部疾病的疗效。方法对2010年4月～2011年9月收治的32例各类咽喉部疾病患者进行37次钬激光手术。结果所有患者手术均取得成功,平均随访时间8.4个月,痊愈26例,无复发;3例术后复发。结论钬激光治疗咽喉部疾病安全性高、操作精确、局部损伤轻、愈合快,是一项值得推广的治疗方法 。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of holmium： yttrium-aluminum-garnet （ Ho ： YAG） laser on laryngopharynx diseases. Methods Thirty-two patients with laryngopharynx diseases were treated with Ho：YAG laser. Results All patients were operated successfully, with an average follow-up period of 8.4 months. Twenty-six pa- tients were cured without recurrence and 3 patients had recurrence. Conclusions Ho：YAG laser was a safe and accurate treatment with little local damage for laryngopharynx diseases and worth promoting. （ Chin J Ophthalmol and Otorhinolar- yngol,2012,12：43-44）
