摘要
以就业为导向,以能力培养为本位,加强实践技能培养,以实践能力的提高来提升毕业生的就业竞争力,已经成为我国高等职业教育的基本目标和方向。该文通过对高职学生就业竞争力的内涵分析,证实了高职学生实践技能培养与就业竞争力提升之间的内在关联性,提出高职院校强化学生实践技能培养的策略。
The employment-oriented,competency-based training can strengthen the practical skills and enhance the competitiveness of the graduates by enhancing the practical ability.It has become the basic objectives and direction of higher vocational education.Through the analysis of vocational college students＇ employment competitive,this paper confirms the intrinsic relationship between the vocational training and students＇ practical skills to enhance the employment competitiveness.The author also proposes the training strategy to strengthen the vocational colleges students＇ practical skills.
