摘要
从资源依赖、路径依赖和作用依赖三方面对政府主导型展会存在的原因进行分析,同时指出其存在的主要问题,指明政府主导型不利于会展业的可持续发展。在此基础上,本文提出政府最终要把展会的经营让位于市场主体企业。为确保会展业的可持续发展,需要政府转变职能为会展行业发展创造公平公正的竞争环境,明晰展会产权关系实现展会项目的市场化运作,培养专业会展公司确保会展项目的专业化经营,引入第三方展会评估机制以保障展会项目的健康成长。
This paper analyzes the existing origin of government-led exhibition from the resource dependence,path dependence and role dependence.Meanwhile,the main problems of the existence are also discussed.The author believes the government-led exhibition industry is not conducive to sustainable development.Based on the opinion,the author proposes that government should give way to the main operating companies,market,eventually.To ensure the sustainable development of exhibition industry,transformation of government functions for the exhibition industry to create a fair and just competition environment is required.It is also essential to clear property rights relations between the exhibition market,to cultivate a professional exhibition company to ensure that specialized exhibition project management,and to introduce assessment mechanism to ensure the healthy growth of the exhibition project.
