摘要
介绍了锅炉掺烧印尼煤运行时锅炉效率、辅机电耗、过热再热减温水量等的特性,并从燃料成本、脱硫石灰石成本、飞灰销售收入以及底渣销售收入等方面综合分析掺烧印尼煤的经济性。结果表明,燃料成本是影响机组经济性的决定性因素,以目前价格计算,掺烧印尼煤能较大幅度地提高机组的经济性。
This paper presents characteristics of efficiency,power consumption of auxiliary equipment,quantity of desuperheating water of over-heating and reheating for the boilers partly burning coal imported from Indonesian.It also analysis the economical efficiency by synthetically considering the cost of fuel,the cost of desulphurizing limestone,income from selling fly ash and bottom.The result shows that the critical factor to the economic efficiency of a unit rises greatly from the price of fuel,and the economical efficiency could largely be promoted by partly burning coal imported from Indonesian at current prices.
