中低位直肠癌前切除术后吻合口漏原因和防治 被引量：8

摘要 目的探讨中低位直肠癌前切除术后吻合口漏发生的原因、早期诊断及防治措施。方法回顾性分析颍上县人民医院肿瘤外科2006年1月-2010年12月43例中低位直肠癌前切除术后发生6例吻合口漏原因、诊断及治疗情况。结果 6例术后吻合口漏患者1例经引流、营养支持等非手术措施治愈,5例患者非手术治疗同时行结肠造口治愈。结论吻合口漏发生的原因与患者的营养状况、术前的肠道准备、术中的手术方式与技术以及术后的营养支持有关,围手术期采取必要的预防性措施,有助于降低吻合口漏的发生。
