摘要
本实验测定了应激对大鼠肝线粒体功能和形态的影响。结果发现:应激使线粒体琥珀酸脱氢酶、NADH脱氢酶和细胞色素氧化酶活性均下降,耗氧量下降。与对照比均有显著差异。磷/氧比无明显改变,钙泵功能紊乱。线粒体形态的电镜观察变化不明显。但运用形态计量学方法发现,其体密度、面密度均增高,与对照差异显著,数密度变化不显著。总之,应激使大鼠肝线粒体功能降和结构肿大。
The influence of stress on the function and structure of the rat liver mitochondria was determined. The results indicated that the stress was able to make the activities of the succinic dehydrogenase, NADH dehydrogenase, cytochrome oxidase of the liver mitochondria depress and the oxygen consumption decrease. Those changes showed significant between the experiment group and control. The P/O ratio showed no obvious change. The function of Ca—pump appeared to be dis turbed. Under the electromicroscope the membrance, eristas and matrix of the rat liver cells of two groups could be seen clearly. However, it was found by quantitative analysis in morphometry that the their volume density and surface density were enhanced under the stress with statistieal significance, but no any significant action on number density. In short the stress was able to cause damage to the function and structure of the rat liver mitochondria.
