摘要
以钌配合物为探针分子 ,分散于经溶胶 -凝胶法制备的SiO2 基质中制得了性能优异的对空气压力变化敏感的压敏漆。研究了探针分子的选择、溶胶 -凝胶SiO2 基质的制备条件、反射衬底以及测量温度的选择对压敏漆发光氧猝灭的影响。表征了压敏漆的微观结构 ,研究了微观结构与发光和氧猝灭的关系 。
An outstanding novel aerodynamic pressure sensitive paints (PSP) were prepared,in which Ru(Ⅱ) complexes were employed as oxygen sensitive probe molecules which were dispersed into the thin film SiO 2 matrix prepared through sol-gel method.The factors of influence on the luminescence oxygen quenching of PSP,such as the choice of probe molecule,the conditions of preparation by sol-gel method for SiO 2 matrix,reflect lining and the enviroment temperature were studied.The microstructure of PSP was characterized by SEM and TEM and the relationship between the microstructure and emission with oxygen quenching was related.The model of microstructure which consisted of small polar area or large polar area was presented.
