摘要
本文首先从大学生自我管理的定义和内容出发分析了大学生自我管理的内涵;随后探索了提高大学生自我管理水平的方法步骤,包括自我观察、设置自我管理目标、控制环境中能促进自我管理的线索、在实际生活中的模拟式演练,强化。最后提出了大学生自我管理工作中应注意处理的三个问题。文章意在为加强大学生自我管理提供新视角,使大学生的自我管理工作更加科学合理,更加务实高效。
Started with the definition and contents of undergraduates＇ self-management,firstly,this article analyzes the connotation of the undergraduates＇ self-management;secondly,it discusses the methods and process of improving the level of undergraduates＇ self-management,including self-observation,setting up the aim of self-management,controlling the clue in students＇ surrounding to promote their self-management and the analogous drilling and reinforce in their practical life;finally,it proposes that there are three issues should be paid more attention to handle in the work of undergraduates＇ self-management.For the purpose of strengthening the undergraduates＇ self-management,this article provides a new angle of view to make such a management more scientific and reasonable,more practical and efficient.
