摘要
针对复合板式储罐材质的特殊性,采用新的清洗配方,与传统的配方进行了比较,并结合工程实例阐述现场旋转喷淋清洗方法的应用.用该配方进行复合板式大型储罐的化学清洗,降低成本,安全性高,清洗效果明显,投入使用后运行平稳.
Aiming at the speciality of the materials for composite-plate tank, a new chemical rinsing recipe is introduced. The recipe of the rotating spray chemical rinsing is compared with conventional recipes, and its application on an engineering example is expounded. With low cost and high security, this recipe can ＂provide stable operation and satisfied effect of chemical rinsing for large composite-plate tank.
