摘要
在盘卷产品酸洗去除氧化皮后,表面发现多条短小裂纹缺陷,分析发现其来源于连铸坯表面,这种短小裂纹是冷镦钢致命的弱点,生产紧固件产品时容易引起冷镦开裂。在炼钢初期由于缺陷深度较深,较隐蔽,需要对连铸方坯表面进行全面扒皮修磨,以磨净缺陷为主。生产试验中,对修磨与未修磨的铸坯进行了对比轧制,以及对修磨后的轧制坯与连铸小方坯进行了对比轧制,发现大压下量轧制坯修磨工艺轧成的盘卷产品可以消除表面短小裂纹缺陷。
After the rod coil products acid pickled and removed oxide,the much short and small crackles were found in its surface,crackles are from surface of continuous casting billet.This short crack is a fatal weakness of cold heading steel,manufacturing fastener products can trigger cold heading cracking.Since the defect depth is deeper in steel-making early days,more hidden,must grind completely to continuous casting round billet surface,and grind away defects.Production test,to the grinding and not grinding slabs makes comparing rolling,as well as to rolling billet and continuous casting billet after grinding makes comparing rolling,found the short crack defects of rod coil products that were rolled by a large pressure rolling billet after grinding can be eliminated.
