摘要
使用扫描电子显微镜对放电前后的Li-B合金的微观特征进行了观察 ,对影响Li-B合金放电稳定性的主要因素进行了分析。结果表明 ,轧制后的Li-B合金为塑性好的Li包裹脆性的Li7B6 粒子 ,在 5 2 0℃放电后Li -B合金与电解质界面依然完整 ,在大电流 ( 2 0 0mA/cm2 )短时间 ( 12min)放充电后 ,金属锂被Li7B6 和电解质分割 ,表现在断口上金属锂为细丝状。
By means of SEM the microstructure characteristics of Li-B alloys before and after discharge were observed.The main factors effecting discharge stability of Li-B alloys were investigated.Results showed that after rolling the brittle Li 7B 6 fine particles were surrounded by the ductile metal Li.The interface between Li-B alloy and electrolyte was still perfect after discharge on 520℃.After great current (200mA/cm 2),short time (12min) discharge and charge,the reduced Li was surrounded by Li 7B 6 and electrolyte,it exhited on the fracture surface that metal Li was in the form of fine fibre.
