摘要
辛亥年袁世凯出山已被人们进行过不同的解读:有的认为由于清廷没有满足其条件而不愿出山,有的认为袁世凯一出山就怀有异志,等等。其实,袁世凯自始至终没有拒绝清廷,相反他一开始便作出积极效命的姿态,为此还作了充分的谋划。
There are different interpretations of Yuan Shikai＇s returning to power in 1911.Some agree on Yuan＇s irrelevance to do this on the grounds that the royal court of Qing did not satisfy his conditions.Some think Yuan returned with the intent to usurp state power.It is found that Yuan Shikai did not refuse the court＇s appointment.Yuan considerably schemed for it and adopted a positive posture to serve for the state.
