摘要 单核苷酸多态性(single nucleoride polymorphism,SNP)与疾病发生的关系的重要性日益受到重视,探讨SNP与各种疾病发生的相关性研究已见于大量报道。传统的检测SNP的方法操作复杂,费时费力,假阳性高,新的SNP检测方法不断出现并应用。纳米金法是目前较为成熟的检测技术,文中介绍几种常见的SNP检测方法。 More and more importance is being attached to the association of single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) with the development of diseases,and more and more studies have been reported on their correlation.Traditional methods for SNP detection are complicated,cost much time and labor,and give a high false positive rate.New methods have been constantly developed and applied,among which detection with gold nanoparticles is one of the relatively mature techniques.This article introduces several typical SNP detection methods,aiming to provide some ideas and reference for further studies.
