摘要
两年两地两季两种浓度 16次试验结果表明 ,赛丹在茶树鲜叶和成茶中的降解速率较快 ,在茶叶鲜叶中的半衰期平均为 3 6 6± 0 .31天 ,在成茶中平均为 3 2± 0 42天 ,在茶园土壤中平均为 15 .32± 0 12天。赛丹在茶叶加工过程中的损失率平均为 47 5 3%。成茶中的赛丹在茶汤中的浸出率平均为 11.86 %。喷药 7天后成茶中的赛丹残留量将低于 10mg/kg。建议在常量下 ,施药后的安全间隔期为 7天。
The results of determination showed that the residue and degradation of endosulfan were medial.The half loose time(HL 50 )of endosulfan in fresh tea shoots ,made tea and tea garden soil were 3.16±0.31d,3.2±0.42d and 15.32±0.12d respectively.During the preparation,the endosulfan in tea was lost for 47.53%,only 11.7% of endosulfan in tea was extracter into tea drinks.It is suggested that the safety period of endosulfan is 7 days after spraying.
