Falling-off status of partial anti-corrosion coating and wall surface of the cooling tower in Datang Harbin No.1 Thermal Power Plant has been described.The causes of partial falling-off from the wall surface are analyzed in detail,for which specific repairing process and noteworthy items are raised based on visual inspection laboratory examination.
