摘要
以水稻重要害虫稻纵卷叶螟(CnaphalocrocismedinalisGuenee)和其主要寄生天敌纵卷叶螟绒茧蜂(ApantelescyprisNixon)为研究对象,对它们之间相互作用的内部机制进行了初步研究.结果表明纵卷叶螟绒茧蜂在寄主体内寄生时,其胚膜的局部区域可离解成单个细胞释放到寄主的血淋巴中,形成畸形细胞.起初畸形细胞的数量在120个左右,随着寄生蜂幼虫的不断发育,畸形细胞的体积逐渐增大,当寄生蜂幼虫老熟啮出时,畸形细胞的直径已从最初的30μm增大到250μm,体积增大了500多倍,但数量逐渐减少.
Some physiological and biochemical studies were conducted in Guangzhou to determine the physiological machanism of the interaction between \%Cnaphalocrocis medinalis \%Guenee and the parasitic wasp \%Apanteles cypris \%Nixon The results showed that its serosal membrane in turn dissociated to yield individual cells in the host's hemolymph when \%A cypris\% Nixon parasitized\% C medinalis\% Guenee The individual cells were called teratocytes The initial number of teratocytes was about 120, and was significantly reduced by the time the parasitoid completed its larval development The volume of individual teratocytes usually increases many\|fold during their residence within the host The diameters of \%A cypris\% Nixon teratocytes could increase from 30 μm to 250 μm, so the teratocytes could reach over a 500\|fold increase in size
