摘要 根据新疆下坂地导流泄洪洞衬砌混凝土的指标要求,选用粉煤灰、引气剂和膨胀剂,采用添加HF抗冲耐磨剂的方法,进行抗冲耐磨混凝土的配合比设计.并对配制出的抗冲耐磨混凝土进行力学变形性能、抗冻、抗渗性能、抗冲耐磨性能方面的试验.试验结果表明,所配制的抗冲磨混凝土的各项性能指标均满足设计要求,可用于下坂地导流泄洪洞的工程建设. According to the index requirements of the lining concrete of Xiabandi diversion spillway in Xinjiang,the mixture ratio of the anti-abrasion concrete was designed by using the fly ash,the air-entraining agent and the expansive agent and adding HF impact abrasion-resistant agent.Furthermore,the test was performed for the mechanical properties,antifreezing and impermeable properities and the anti-abrasion properity of the prepared anti-abrasion concrete. Test results show that all performance indicators of the anti-abrasion concrete meet the design requirements.The designed mixture ratio can be used in the spillway and diversion project in Xiabandi.
