摘要
[目的]筛选苄嘧磺隆的增效剂。[方法]以萝卜为受体植物,室内测定Span 60、油酸甲酯、硅油一号、Tween 20、洗涤剂5种常用助剂对苄嘧磺隆除草活性的增效作用。[结果]综合各助剂与苄嘧磺隆混用对萝卜的相对株防效、相对茎长抑制率、相对地上部鲜重抑制率、相对根长抑制率和相对根鲜重抑制率的影响结果可知:Span 60和油酸甲酯对苄嘧磺隆除草活性的增效作用较强,洗涤剂的增效作用较弱。[结论]Span 60和油酸甲酯可作为苄嘧磺隆的增效剂;研究结果可为苄嘧磺隆增效剂的筛选研究提供参考。
[Objective]The aim was to select the best auxiliary agents of bensulfuron-methyl.[Method]Taking radish as the testing plant,the syn-ergistic effect of five common auxiliaryagents including Span 60,methyl olelate,silicone oil,Ⅰ Tween 20 and detergent on the herbicidal activities of bensulfuron-methylwere tested in the laboratory.[Results]The effects of the m ixture of various auxiliaryagents and bensulfuron-methyl on rela-tive strain control effect of radish,relative stem growth inhibition rate,relative aboveground fresh weight inhibition rate,relative inhibition rate of root length and root fresh weightwere studied,and the results showed that Span 60 andMethyl olelate had stronger synergistic effect on the herbi-cidal activities of bensulfuron-methyl,and the synergistic effect of detergentwas weaker.[Conclusion]Span 60 andMethyl olelate could be used as the synergistic agents of bensulfuron-methyl,and the study could provide references for selecting the auxiliary agents of bensulfuron-methyl.
