在阐述相关序列扩增多态性(SRAP)的原理和流程后,详细论述了SRAP标记目前在植物遗传多样性分析、遗传图谱构建、绘制基因组转录图谱、重要性状基因标记、标记测序与基因克隆等方面的研究进展及应用前景。
After describing the principles and protocols of sequence-related amplified polymorphism,its research advances and application in such as plants genetic diversity analysis,gene mapping,transcriptome map construction,gene marker of essential character,sequence marker and gene cloning and so on were expounded.
