摘要
为适应空间机器人特殊的工作环境,本文依据优化设计理论,采用结构有限元分析方法,并与结构优化设计理论结合,对空间机器人碳纤维机械臂有限元数值分析的结果,进行结构优化分析和设计,获得了优化结构;随后,对碳钎维臂的不同铺层厚度以及同一厚度的纤维不同铺层角度的结构受力情况进行了详细的数值计算分析,得到较理想的机械臂的纤维铺层方法和铺层厚度。
The finite clement analysis and the optimizing design theory of structures arc introduced into the dynamic design of CFMASR. The optimun Structure of CFMASR is obtained by the structural optimization and design which arc based on the results of detailed finite element numerical analysis. In accordance with the requirements of the physical dcsign.CFMASR with different laminates thickness and orientation of fibre layers arc computed and compared to obtain the desired physical properties.
