高校“劳务型”勤工助学的教育意义与改进举措

摘要 大学生勤工助学应由劳务型向专业智力型发展的观点虽有一定的创新性,但劳务型勤工助学的岗位数量较多,学生适应快,并可以锻炼他们的集体协作能力。要加强对劳务型勤工助学工作重要性和教育意义的认识,注重劳务型勤助活动与其他勤助活动的配合,确保学生安全与不影响学业,重视岗前培训和思想教育工作,注重过程管理、绩效评估与经验总结,与用人单位保持持续合作关系,适当提高勤工助学的报酬。 Although it has been innovative in the viewpoint that the college students' work-study program should develop from labor-based one into intelligence-based one,the labor-based one has more jobs that make students to be adapted fast,and enhancing their collective and collaborative capacity.Therefore,we should deepen the understanding about the importance and educational significance of labor-based work-study program,lay stress on the coordination of labor-based one and the other work-study activities,ensure the safety of students without affecting their studies,pay attention to the pre-job training and the ideological education,emphasize the process-oriented management,performance evaluation and summary of working experience,keep in touch with the employers,and improve the work-study payment properly.
