摘要
目的探讨间充质干细胞治疗神经损伤的临床疗效。方法选择2010年12月～2011年6月在笔者所在医院进行治疗的31例神经损伤患者作为研究对象,对31例临床神经损伤的患者进行有针对性的间充质干细胞治疗后,比较效果。结果有效24例,占77.42%,其他患者经2～3个疗程的对症治疗均有不同程度的好转,患者多表现为感觉或者运动功能明显改善,对大小便的控制能力明显增强。对研究人群神经损伤时间分布情况分析。神经损伤时间分布为(56.7±11.6)个月。临床治疗出现不良反应主要为发热、头痛、后腰疼痛,采用对症治疗后基本消失,未出现其他不良反应。结论采用间充质干细胞进行神经损伤治疗临床疗效较好,应加强临床推广。
Objective discusses methods mesenchymal stem cells treatment verve damage clinical curative effect. To study the crowd nerve damage time distribution analysis results for 56.7 ± 11.6 months. Clinical therapy appear harmful response mainly for the fever,headache,small of the back pain,symptomatic treatment basically disappeared,did not appear other adverse reactions. Conclusiolt the mesenchymal stem cells nerve damage treatment clinical curative effect is good,should strengthen clinical promotion.
