摘要
针对农产品质量安全方面存在的问题,从溯源系统建立和应用推广的角度出发,基于信息技术、数据库技术等,设计以行业协会为组织的农产品追溯体系。该体系在研究农产品质量信息收集、管理等关键技术的基础上,设计出以农产品生产管理系统为数据采集端,数据中心为数据管理端,利用多种溯源终端进行查询的质量安全追溯体系,并以行业协会组织推广应用,实现了农产品生产流通中的质量安全信息的追踪和溯源。
For the problems in agricultural products＇ quality and safety, and starting from the angle of traceability system establishment and application as well as popularization, based on information technology and database technology, the traceability system of agricultural products based on trade association as organization was designed. Based on the study of the collection, management and other key technologies of agricultural production and quality information, this article designed an agricultural production and management system as the data collection terminal, a data center for data management terminal, using varieties of query facilities to track the quality information of agricultural products, promoting this system by agricultural industry associations, and this system achieved the tracking and traceability of the agricultural products information.
