摘要
目的 探讨平时颅脑枪弹伤的致伤与临床特点,提高救治水平。方法 回顾性分析31例颅面部枪弹伤病例,对其致伤特点、临床表现、急救处理和清创原则进行讨论。结果 本组患者手术治疗31例,治疗结果为死亡5例,致残5例,痊愈21例。结论 颅面部枪弹伤在急救处理后,应重视枪弹伤的清创,早期、彻底地清创,可以挽救伤者的生命并预防术后并发症的发生。
Objective Head injuries caused by bullets were relatively rare in the peaceful lime. In this article, the characteristic features both in the type of wounds and the measures in management were evaluated. Methods Thirty one eases with craiiiofacial injuries caused by bullets were retrospectively evaluated with the emphasis put on the traumatic character, clinical manifestations, arid the principles in emergent manegement. Results Of the 31 Patients,5 patients died, 21 achieved complete recovery, and 5 were disabled. Conclusions Following the emergent management of the patient, attentions should be paid to various procedures in dealing with the bullets wound. Early and thorough debridement would be the key to life-saving and prevention of complications alter surgery.
