摘要 用于放疗计划的 CT和 MRI图像断层之间的距离通常大于断层内部像素间的距离,三维剂量场的计算等工作通常需要等间隔分布的三维图像数据。目前常用的断层间直接线性插值的方法会引起图像边界模糊,针对这个问题,本文提出了一种基于相邻两个断层图像对应点匹配的插值新方法,首先在相邻断层间建立起点与点的对应关系,然后再利用这些对应点插值出新的图像数据。模拟结果表明,这种方法能有效地消除直接线性插值带来的图像边界模糊的问题,使得插值后的图像质量比传统方法有明显改善。 Dose calculation in radiotherapy needs equal spacing 3-D image data sets, which can be reconstructed from a sequence of cross-sectional slices (such as X-CT, MRI etc. ). Typically, the spacing between slices is greater than the spacing between points on a slice. To get equal sample spacing in all directions, one usually uses direct linear interpolation method. Unfortunately, linear interpolation makes the images blurred on edge. In this paper, we develop a new interpolation method based on point matching, in which the corresponding is established between points in neighboring slices. Then this correspondence is used to estimate data between the slices by linear interpolation. The method can produce more accurate results than traditional gray-level linear interpolation method.
