摘要
本文提出了区域性防灾系统的概念。文中界定了灾害场、灾害影响场的概念,就灾害预测、灾害反应、灾害控制等不同分支研究的潜在发展方向和研究方法作出了论述和探讨。文中特别强调,灾场控制论代表着灾害学研究的终极目的和根本方向。
This paper proporscd an idea of 'Regional Dasastcr Provation and Control System'. The idea of dasaster field and dasaster influence field was distingvished. After discussing the reseach prospects and research mathods of dasaster prediction銆?daster resp(?)nse and dasaster control, this paper point out that the daster control theory represent the main direction of catastrophology.
