摘要
目的 :研究上颌窦霉菌病的诊断及治疗原则。方法 :回顾分析了 1 980至 1 999年诊治的 2 3例上颌窦霉菌病的临床资料。结果 :行传统柯—陆氏术式 1 8例 ,内窥镜下上颌窦自然开口扩大术 5例均治愈。结论 :上颌窦霉菌病非侵袭型及曲霉菌瘤型最常见 ,鼻窦 CT是早期发现病变的有效方法 ,治疗可根据条件选择柯—陆氏术式或内窥镜手术 ,关键是解决鼻窦的通气和引流。
Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of mycosis of maxillary sinus.Methoda: The clinical materials in 23 cases with mycosis of maxillary sinus were analysed retrospectively.Result: Among them,10 cases were non aggressive,another 13 cases were aspergillus neoplasm.Eighteen cases were undergone classical caldwell lucoperation,another five were undergone functional endoscopic sinus surgery(FESS).All cases were cured.Conclusions:The non aggression and aspergillus neoplasm in mycosis of maxillary sinus are common.CT of paranasal sinus is an effective way in diagnosis.Both caldwell lucoperation and FESS are used to treat it.The key is to solve the ventilation and drainage of paranasal sinus.
