大气/钢靶板交界处对平行入射聚能射流干扰的数值模拟 被引量:2

摘要 利用非线性动力学软件LS-DYNA,对聚能射流平行入射大气/钢靶板交界处的侵彻过程进行了数值模拟。通过分析数值模拟过程和结果,讨论了聚能射流头部速度和碰撞出口处横向速度的变化规律。结果表明:大气/钢靶板交界处不仅降低了聚能射流头部的轴向速度,而且使射流头部产生横向偏移,最大速度达到约1.8km/s;后续射流横向偏移速度逐渐减小,导致聚能射流提前断裂,未能形成连续侵彻。因此,大气/钢靶板交界处对聚能射流的头部起到了明显的干扰作用,可有效降低射流的侵彻能力。 Based on the nonlinear dynamics software LS-DYNA, the complete process of jet parallel penetrating air/steel target interface was numerically simulated. By analyzing the process and result of numerical simulation, the velocity of the shaped charge jet tip and the transverse velocity after impact were discussed. The results show that at the air/steel target interface the axial velocity of the shaped charge jet tip decreases evidently and the shaped charge jet tip is reduced to moving transversely, the highest transverse velocity of which is about 1.8 km/s; that the transverse velocities of the subsequent jets decrease gradually and the jet disruption is antedated. Consequently, the air/steel target in- terface can markedly disturb the shaped charge jet tip and effectively weaken the jet penetration.
