摘要
目的 :总结 Nd:YAG激光结合下鼻甲部分切除治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法 :应用 Nd:YAG激光结合下鼻甲部分切除治疗常年性变应性鼻炎 1 31例。结果 :所有病例术后症状和体征均明显改善 ,1个月后显效率 1 0 0 % ;6个月后显效率 96.2 % ,有效率 3.8% ;1年显效率为 93.1 % ,有效率为 6.9% ;1 .5～2年显效率为 87.8% ,有效率为 1 2 .2 %。结论 :用本方法治疗常年性变应性鼻炎可获得很好的疗效。
Objective:To evaluate the efficiency of Nd:YAG laser combined with partial inferior turbinectomy in allergic and perennial rhinitis.Method:One hundred and thirty one cases were treated in this way.Results: The effectual and effective rates of 1 month respectively were 100% and 0, of 6 months were 96.2% and 3.8%,of 1 year were 93.1% and 6.9%,of 1.5 to 2 years were 87.8% and 12.2%.Conclusion:This mode is effective in treating allergic and perennial rhinitis.
