硅油分散体系中间相炭微球的制备与结构研究 被引量:1

Preparation and microstructure of MCMB in silicone oil dispersion system

摘要 以煤沥青为原料,硅油为分散剂和导热介质制备出表面光滑、平均粒径小、分布均匀、收率高的中间相炭微球(MCMB)。利用偏光显微镜、SEM和TEM等手段对MCMB的形貌、结构、粒径和收率进行分析。结果表明,热处理温度和保温时间对MCMB的形成有重要影响,在较低的温度350~380℃可得到MCMB,随保温时间的延长,MCMB的偏光织构差异明显、粒径增大、收率提高;较佳的工艺条件为380℃保温;MCMB的构筑单元为分子层片,其堆积形式为Brooks-Taylor型。 Mesocarbon microbeads(MCMB) were prepared by heat condensation in the retort with coal tar pitch and silicone oil as the dispersion and heat exchange medium.The influence of silicone oil on the preparation of MCMB was studied by polarized microscopy,SEM and TEM.The results showed the heating temperature and holding time had important influence on the formation of MCMB.MCMB were obtained at 350-380℃,and polarized microstructure changed,the diameter and yield increased with holding time prolonging.The building units of MCMB were molecular layer,and the structure was Brooks-Taylor type.Furthermore,optimum conditions were as follow: the heating temperature was 380℃,and the holding time was 2h.
