高压直流输电换流阀冷却系统主循环泵电机起动方式分析与研究 被引量:4

摘要 随着异步电机的不断发展,其起动方式不断得到改进,异步电机的起动方式主要有直接起动、自耦变压起动、星-三角起动、液阻起动、电子式软起动和变频起动等。在高压直流输电工程的阀冷控制系统中,主循环泵电机主要采用直接起动、电子式软起动、变频起动工频运行和变频起动工频旁路运行等几种方式。重点介绍这几种起动方式的特性,分析其相应优缺点,并对软起动内置旁路运行起动方式进行详细研究。 With the development of the asynchronous motor,the starting ways were making constant progress.So far,starting ways of the asynchronous motor technology develop through direct starting,autotransformer starting,star-triangle starting,fluid resistance starting,frequency conversion starting and so on.In the valve cooling control system of High Voltage DC transmission project,direct starting,soft starter of the electron type,frequency conversion starting then power frequency running and frequency conversion starting then power frequency running bypass were mainly used in the starting of the motor of the main circulation pump.In view of this,these starting ways were mainly introduced,by analyzing the relative merits.In addition,the soft starter internal by-pass operation was deeply analyzed.
