摘要
用芳纶纤维制备了编织绳和加捻绳,测试拉伸性能,对拉伸曲线进行分析。结果表明,编织绳和加捻绳的载荷-位移曲线明显不同,前者在断裂前出现小锯齿状,后者在断裂后出现大锯齿状,二者断裂之前的载荷-位移曲线之间有很大的空白地带,表明编织绳的拉伸初始模量远远高于加捻绳。
Kevlar braiding string and twisting string were designed and manufactured,and the stretching properties of both were tested and analyzed.The results show that their load-displacement curves are different obviously.The curve of the former exists some small zigzags before rupture while the curve of the later exists several big zigzags after rupture.There is a large blank area between two curves,which demonstrates the stretching initial module of braiding string is much higher than that of the twisting string.
