摘要
帕金森病(Pakinson'sdisease,PD)是一种常见的中老年神经系统变性疾病 ,近年来 ,遗传因素在PD病因与发病机制中的作用日益受到研究者们的重视。研究表明 ,家族性PD可能直接由遗传上基因的缺陷所致 ;而对于大多数散发性PD ,遗传易感性与环境因素相互作用的假说受到多数研究者们的重视 ,但易感基因的研究尚未获得一致结论。
Parkinson's disease is a common neural regressive disorder, which mostly occurs in the elders. In recent years, the role of genetic factor in the etiology and pathogenesis of PD has been more and more emphasized. Researches have show that familial PD may be directly caused by genetic defect; as far as most sporadic PD is considered, the hypothesis of the involvement of an interplay of genes and environment has been valued, yet, research on putative candidate gene has so far failed to get universal conclusion. This article is mainly focused on the epidemiological study and genetic analysis of PD in recentl years.
