摘要
目的 :探讨以脑神经损伤不可逆理论为基点 ,运用中西医相结合的综合性医疗康复措施 ,促进机体代偿功能 ,纠正肢体畸变 ,建立新的条件反射 ,改善其运动功能。方法 :运用中药、针灸、按摩、经络疏通 ,He-Ne激光低能量血管内照射 ,紫外线氧离子透入 ,03生命信息仪 ,参量阵超声药浴 ,功能训练等手段进行医疗康复。结果 :总有效率为99.4 % ,其中显效率为51.7 %。结论 :中西医综合性治疗 ,标本兼治是治疗脑瘫的有效方法。
Objective: Based on the irrevesible theory of cereal iujury,the principles for treatment consists of stimulating the compensational function,correcting the aberration of arms and legs,establishing new conditional reflection and improving notive function. Methods:Including Chinese medicine,acupuncture massage,vital message therapeutic instrument,low_energy in_vesscular He_Ne radiation,ultraviolet ray treatment,taser blood therapy,medicine bath with ultrasonic parameter array and functional training. Results:The total effective rate is 99.4% including 51.7% improvement rate. Conclusion :By combining Chinese and Western medicine,above mentioned method is an effective treatment for cerebral palsy.
