摘要
目的:总结纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗小儿难治性肺炎的护理经验。方法:回顾性分析我院2009年5月～2010年5月200例纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗小儿难治性肺炎的资料,总结围术期及术后并发症的护理措施和经验。结果:纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗小儿难治性肺炎过程中需要护士敏锐的观察力和及时恰当地护理。本组200例患儿中37例发生并发症,其余163例手术顺利。结论:对小儿难治性肺炎采取积极主动的术前准备及术后护理,及时发现并发症并给予恰当的护理,是患儿顺利手术及术后康复的基础和关键。
Objective： To sum up the experience of bronchoscopy lavage treatment of children with refractory pneumonia. Methods： The clinical data of 200 cases of pediatric bronchoscopy lavage of refractory pneumonia treated from May 2009 to May 2010 were analyzed retrospectively, and sum up the experience of perioperative and postoperative complications. Results ： The paper argues that proper and timely nursing is necessary in the treatment of bronchoscopy layage. Conclusions ： Preoperative fully before bronchoscopy lavage, management during operation and cared with loving care were the key of bronchoscopy and postoperative rehabilitation.
