该文分析了当前高校教师评估工作的现状，描述了建立教师评估系统的重要性和必要性，详细阐述了使用UML建模方法对评估系统进行需求建模的全过程，并给出了系统设计和实现结果。
This paper analyzes the current status of assessment of university teachers, describes the importance of establishing teacher evaluation system, describes the whole process of UML modeling in detail, and gives the system design and to achieve results.
