摘要
为了在发生核事故时,及时做出应急评价和应急决策来响应事故的发生。需要有一个集原项数据录入、模式计算、应急评价、决策生成、结果展示于一身的综合性应急决策支持系统。该系统的研制正是基于ArcGis电子地图可视化技术实现的把核事故应急响应与评价的各个环节有机的整合起来的综合评价系统。从而提供更加准确和快速的应急响应和决策支持服务。该系统的数据存储采用ESRI公司的ArcSDE实现了地理空间数据库(Geodatabase)和关系型数据库的联合存储方式。在计算结果展示方面采用了基Arc Engine9.3类库自主开发的二维和三维展示组件,实现二维和三维的动态展示。使得软件系统操作界面更加友好。
