摘要
天然水体中的痕量持久性有机污染物(POPs)的定量分析通常需要采集大体积水样。针对大体积水样在过滤和吸附富集过程中滤膜易堵塞且耗时费力的缺点,研制了一种固液分离过滤-吸附富集联动装置。该装置主要由粗过滤器、离心分离屏、倒置微孔过滤器、固相吸附柱、流速控制阀和真空泵组成。与传统的滤膜过滤方式相比,其过滤效率提高了约1.5倍。利用此采样装置对大连西山水库水样和大辽河干流水样进行了富集,并采用高分辨气相色谱-高分辨质谱定量分析了其中的二(PCDD/Fs)和多氯联苯(PCBs)的含量。结果表明,填加的13C12-PCDD/Fs回收率能够满足HJ 77.1-2008分析标准要求,填加的13C12-PCBs回收率为40%~100%,17种2,3,7,8位氯取代PCDD/Fs的相对标准偏差变化范围为16.3%~24.7%。该采样装置使用简单,适合于大体积水样中痕量POPs的富集。
A high-volume water sampling is a necessary means to quantify trace persistent organic pollutants(POPs) in natural water.However,the filter is so easily blocked that the filtration work can take a long time during the filtration of high-volume water.As for the disadvantage,a filtration-adsorption linkage water sampling equipment was developed.It was mainly composed of preliminary filter,centrifugal separation shield,upside-down membrane filter,solid-phase adsorption column,flow rate control valve,and vacuum pump.Compared with conventional membrane filtration method,the filtration efficiency was enhanced by about 1.5 times when using the linkage sampling equipment.Moreover,polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and furans(PCDD/Fs) and polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs) in water samples from Xishan Reservoir of Dalian and from the mainstream of Dalian River,collected by the linkage sampling equipment,were analyzed using high-resolution gas chromatography combined with high-resolution mass spectroscopy(HRGC/HRMS).The results showed that,the recoveries of internal standard 13C12-labeled PCDD/Fs could meet the requirement of the standard HJ 77.1-2008,and the recoveries of internal standard 13C12-labeled PCBs were within the range of 40% to100%.The relative standard deviations(RSD) for 17 kinds of 2,3,7,8-substituted PCDD/Fs ranged from 16.3% to 24.7%.The linkage sampling equipment can be used simply and suitable for sampling trace POPs in the high-volume water.
