摘要
捐精人工授精是人工辅助生殖技术之一，其广泛开展为不孕不育家庭带来了福音，但也存在着一些法律上的隐患。本文结合国内外研究，探讨AID技术涉及的法律问题，力图使辅助生殖技术走向规范化道路，提高辅助生殖技术的法律效力层次，加快立法步伐，以适应医疗临床实践上亟待解决的大量问题。
Sperm donor artificial insemination is one of AID technologies, and its widespread has brought good news to the infertility family, but there are also some hidden legal troubles. Combining domestic and foreign research , this paaper explores legal problems related with AID technology, aiming at regulating AID technology, improving its legal effectiveness level, and accelerating legislation steps to apply to a host of problems in medical clinical practice which needs urgent solution.
