摘要
〔目的〕探讨蜂产品复合制剂对荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用。〔方法〕将30只昆明系雄性小鼠随机分为三组,实验Ⅰ组用灌胃法喂饲豪力2周后接种肿瘤(H22),再豪力灌饲2周后处死,实验Ⅱ组先行生理盐水灌饲2周,接种肿瘤(H22)后改饲豪力2周,对照组前后均灌饲生理盐水,同时处死动物,剥离完整肿瘤,进行称重、测径、计算抑瘤率及进行病理学检验。〔结果〕肿瘤重量(x±s)实验组Ⅰ为(0532±0397)g,实验Ⅱ组为(0788±0508)g,对照组为(1495±0430)g,实验组与对照组相比,差异显著。实验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组抑瘤率分别为6442%、4729%。实验组肿瘤坏死程度亦较对照组重。〔结论〕蜂产品复合制剂豪力能有效地预防和抑制小鼠移植肿瘤的发生、发展。
urpose〕To investigate the tumor inhibitory effect of bee production complex preparation “HAO LI” in tumor bearing mice.〔Methods〕Thirty cases of male kunming species mice were radomized into three groups. The mice in experiment group Ⅰ were gived HAO LI by gastric filling method for two weeks and were subcutaneously inoculated with H 22 cells and were then sacrificed after another two weeks' feeding of HAO LI.Normal saline was administered to mice in experiment group Ⅱ by gastric filling for two weeks and it was changed to HAO LI administra- tion for another 2 weeks following the inoculation of H 22 cells.Normal saline was administered to the control group before and after inoculation of H 22 cells. All mice were sacrificed at the same day in order to strip the entire tumor and weight it, to measure tumor's diameter and calculate tumor inhibitory rate and to send for detect in pathologic examination.〔Results〕The tumor weight(x±s)in experiment group Ⅰ,Ⅱ and control group were (0.532±0.397)g,(0.788±0.508)g,(1.495±0.430)g,respectively.There was significant difference between experiment groups and control group(P<0.01).The tumor inhibitory rate in the experiment group Ⅰ,Ⅱ were 64.42%,47.29%,respectively.The degrees of tumor necrosis in the experiment groups were more severe than that in the control group.〔Conclusion〕 The bee production complex preparation “HAO LI” can effectively prevent and inhibit tumor growth and metastasis in tumor bearing mice.
