摘要
目的了解洛阳市儿童少年胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（IDDM）的病因及流行特征，为制订预防对策提供科学依据。方法病例登记与个案调查相结合。结果100名IDDM患者中，10－14岁发病最多，占40％。78％以上的患者具有典型的糖尿病症状，68％的患者排发合并症，10％的患者有遗传史，26％的患者发病前有细菌或病毒感染。结论预防儿童糖尿病，要控制细菌和病毒感染，加强对重点人群的卫生保健工作。
Objective To find the cause and the epidemic characteristic of insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM) in children and ado-lescents in Luoyang, and provide scientific basis for formulating preventive and treatmental measures. Methods IDDM case registraion combine with case survey. Results Invasion was the most in the children aged 10 ~ 40(40% ). Mere than 78% cases had typical symptoms and 68% had compli-cation when be diagnosed, 10% had positive family history 26% cases was the infection of bacteria and virus before Conclusion Preventing virusand bacterial infection, strengthening health can decrease IDDM cases.
