摘要
双峰寺水库是滦河一级支流武烈河干流上拟建的一座以解决承德市防洪为主,结合城市供水,兼顾生态环境及发电等综合利用的大(Ⅱ)型水利水电枢纽工程。通过对高寺台和小庙子两个坝址从地形地质条件、枢纽布置、库区淹没、施工条件、筑坝材料、对环境的影响、工程投资、工程管理和安全等多方面进行的技术经济比较后,推荐采用小庙子坝址。
Shuangfeng Temple Reservoir is a large(Ⅱ)-sized water conservancy key project which will building,in order to prevent flood of Chengde City,combining with the town water supply and ecological environment and electric power generation etc.It's on the mainstream of Wulie River,the first level branches of Luan River.Through technical and economic comparison of two dam sitesof Gaositai and Xiaomiaozi from the topographic and geological conditions,layout of hydroproject,inundated area of the reservoir area,construction conditions,construction material,impact on the environment,project investment,project management and safety and so on,the Xiaomiaozi dam site is recommended.
