摘要
的:探讨宫颈妊娠的保守治疗方法。方法:宫颈妊娠6例中,5例行宫颈管钳刮和纱条填塞术后,加5-FU或MTX化疗,1例单用MTX化疗。结果:宫颈妊娠6例经保守治疗后,第6～10天,血、尿hCG转阴,第8～22天B超检查,宫颈恢复正常。结论:采用迅速宫颈管钳刮和纱条填塞术后加化疗的方法。
Objective:To study the method of conservative treatment for cervical pregnancy.Methods:In 6 cases of cervical pregnancy,5 cases were treated by curettage and intracervical canal packing with gauze and chemotherapy,chemotherapy was used with 5 FU and/ or MTX.only 1 case used with MTX.Results:6 cases after conservative treatment,6th to 10th day the level of hCG in serum and urine changed negative,8th to 22th day the results of ultrasonic B examine cervix uteri were recovered.Conclusion Using the method of prompt curettage and intracevical canal packing with gauze and chemotherapy can treat cervical pregnancy successfully in patitents who need preserving uterus and fertility.
