摘要
目的:探讨螺旋CT表面遮盖显示(简称SSD)和多平面重建术(简称MPR)在骨关节创伤中的临床应用价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析我院收治经X线和螺旋CTSSD和MPR证实的骨折病例50例。SSD和MPR以横断面螺旋扫描图像为基础,层厚2~5mm、螺距1~15、重建间距1~5mm。结果:所有病例CT横断面、SSD和MPR像均明确地显示了骨折,SSD像立体地显示了骨折线的长短、形态、走向,碎骨片的形态、大小、空间位置以及骨折的移位和关节对位状况,跨关节MPR像显示关节受累和关节腔内游离碎骨片更佳。结论:螺旋CT的SSD和MPR像能提供骨关节创伤非常有价值的空间关系信息,其表现接近病理解剖,临床应用价值大,利于临床医师选择治疗方案和制订手术计划。
Objective:To evaluate the usefulness of SSD and MPR technique with spiral CT in bone and joint trauma.Materials and Methods:50 cases of fracture proved by clinical,plain radiograph,SSD and MPR of spiral CT were reviewed retrospectively.SSD and MPR were obtained on the basis of spiral transaxial imaging with use of 2-5mm collimation,1-1.5 pitch,and 1-5mm reconstruction interval.Results:Fractures were demonstrated definitely with transaxial imaging,SSD and MPR in all patients.The length,shape,direction and displacement of fractures,the appearance,size and space location of detached bone fragments,and dislocation of joint were displayed stereoscopically by SSD.Joint disruption and detached bone fragments within joint could be best viewed by MPR.Conclusion:SSD and MPR technique with spiral CT can afford very valuable space information about the bone and joint trauma,which is well agreement with that of pathological anatomy.Surgeon will benefit greatly from their usefulness in the choice of the surgical intervention and operative planning.
