摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除术中采用腹壁隐瘢痕技术的可行性。方法:回顾分析2010年10月至2011年7月为47例患者施行腹壁隐瘢痕腹腔镜阑尾切除术的临床资料。结果:47例手术均顺利完成,无一例中转开腹。结论:腹壁隐瘢痕腹腔镜阑尾切除术操作简单,患者创伤小,康复快,易推广,应用前景广阔。
Objective：To discuss the feasibility of using abdominal wall scar hidden technology in laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods：A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 47 patients who underwent laparoscopic appendectomy adopting abdominal wall scar hidden techniques from Oct.2010 to Jul.2011.Results：All 47 patients were performed laparoscopic appendectomy successfully,without converted to laparotomy.Conclusions：Abdominal wall scar hidden laparoscopic appendectomy has broad prospects of clinical application with the advantages of simple operation,little trauma and quick recovery.
