摘要
采用SWOT分析法,分析龙凤山森林公园在森林风景资源、生态环境、气候、文化、民族风情、区位条件、政治条件方面存在的优势;指出其具有境遇狭长、拓展空间受限,风景资源单体规模不大,区域经济落后、旅游保障薄弱,部分地段石漠化严重、生态环境建设难度大等劣势;认为旅游业迅猛发展、休闲度假旅游兴起、毕节试验区的建设以及威宁县的城市建设发展为其带来了外部机遇;提出在同类旅游产品竞争激烈、草海形象遮蔽、经营管理等方面存在的挑战。最后根据SWOT分析的内容,提出龙凤山森林公园的旅游发展策略。
SWOT analysis method was adopted to analyze the advantages of Longfengshan Forest Park in forest landscape resource,ecological environment,climate,culture,ethnic customs,geographic conditions and political conditions;moreover,the disadvantages were also pointed out,such as long and narrow territorial boundaries,limited expand space,small monomer scale of scenery resource,backward regional economy,weak tour security,serious stony desertification of parts of section,difficult construction of ecological environment and so on;it was also concluded that the rapid development of tourism,the rise of leisure vacation travel,the construction of Bijie pilot area and the development of urban construction in Weining County brought about external opportunities;it pointed out that there were challenges in fierce competition of similar tourism products,covered grass sea image and operation management.Finally,based on the content of SWOT analysis,the strategies for tourism development of Longfengshan Forest Park were put forward.
