介绍松针的资源概况,综述所含挥发油、色素、维生素、氨基酸、蛋白质、黄酮类化合物、莽草酸、可溶性糖类、木脂素等化学成分及其提取与分析方法。
The paper introduces the resources of pine needles,and describes their main chemical components,such as volatile oil,pigment,vitamin,amino acid,protein,flavonoids compounds,shikimic acid,soluble sugar,lignin and so on,and their extraction and analysis methods.
